THERMOFORMING UNIT B92

The B92 unit consists of 1 press, 1 oven, 1 chiller. The B92 press is a thermoforming machine designed to vulcanise eva material and its derivatives. The work cycle is fully automatic and programmable. The PLC with touchscreen manages the pressing times, the steps of the gripper for moving the material to be moulded and the speed of the oven belt. It is complete with plates and cooling circuit. Moulds are loaded via the side trolley. The press is equipped with a photocell system to ensure maximum safety for the operator.

The B92F oven is designed for preheating material. It has a chamber of 3000mm the belt is motorised The heating is double and managed by a visualised temperature controller with a forced ventilation system

The chiller is combined with the press to bring the plates to a temperature of 2-3°.
