THERMOFORMING UNIT B82

The B82 unit consists of 1 press, 1 oven, 1 chiller. The B82 press is a thermoforming machine designed to vulcanise microporous material and its derivatives. The work cycle is fully automatic and programmable. The pressing time is controlled by plc. It is complete with plates and cooling circuit.
The press is equipped with a photocell system to guarantee maximum safety for the operator.

The B82F oven is designed for material pre-heating. It has 4 constant temperature drawers. Displayed temperature controller and forced ventilation system

The chiller is combined with the press to bring the plates to a temperature of 2-3°.
